LASATA SOFTWARE & SAVANNAH COMPUTING
VISION FOR MAXIMO®
CARIBBEAN LAUNCH

Port of Spain – October 4th 2004 – Savannah Computing in collaboration with Lasata Software Inc. of British Colombia, held the inaugural Launch of Vision for Maximo, the business intelligence and reporting tool for users of Maximo, at the Chancellor Hotel and Conference Centre in St Ann’s.

This event provided both an insightful review of the capabilities of the Vision for Maximo suite and a practical demonstration of many of the key features and functions.

Vision for Maximo operates with Maximo 4 and Maximo 5 and allows a user to develop reports by providing direct access to the underlying application information. The user interface has been designed to present the detailed information and tables in a clear and easy to use format using Maximo terminology that is familiar to Maximo users. This enables many and varied reports and enquiries to be produced in Excel, Word, PDF and HTML formats.

Some of the attendees at the launch were BP Trinidad & Tobago, Century Eslon Ltd., TSTT and WASA.

Richard Kanya, Regional Director – Lasata Software, comments:
